The Law aims at regulating the issue of maximum number of employees of the State Administration of Ukraine, which is not the part of the system of bodies of executive power and the maximum number of its employees is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The respective amendments were made to articles 127 and 147 of the Law “On Court System and the Status of Judges”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2234.
